Just Die Already is an open-world RPG that tells the story of an old man who was recently thrown out of a retirement community. As a result, he is forced to fend for himself in a community that no longer wishes him to survive.
Envisioned by the same developers associated with iconic games like Goat Simulator 3, Just Die Already combines open-world survival with a touch of humor. The fact that it also offers PvE and online cooperative gameplay provides an additional level of enjoyment for players of all ages.
The primary goal is for the player to discover a set of free retirement tickets in order to encounter a professional care facility. This can only be accomplished by facing numerous challenges and by exploring highly interactive environments.
While the character is quite old and frail, this quality is somewhat negated due to the fact that he can destroy nearly every object found in the various open-world environments. Many scenarios are entirely fictional in nature (such as using the head of the character to battle other opponents).
It is possible to enjoy this game in PvE mode or join an online co-op group of up to four players. This can be useful when facing more difficult challenges that may require a bit of extra teamwork.
Due to the sandbox-like design of this game, players can interact with a massive array of objects. It is also possible to speak with other NPCs, and their reactions will depend on their age. Anyone who has already enjoyed the quirky nature of classic games, such as Goat Simulator, should be pleased with what Just Die Already has to offer.
